All VIU students are required to report his or her correct local address at the time of registration and to report any change of address thereafter.

Please follow these steps:

1. Fill out an Address Change Form. The student’s signature is required at the bottom of the form.
2. Submit the completed Address Change Form to the Registrar’s Office.

OR

1. Update your address at Student Portal.

If you are an F-1 visa student, you must notify the Registrar’s Office of your address change within 10 days. Upon receipt of your change of address form, the ISS Office will inform SEVIS.

Students in Special Registration must notify USCIS by mail within 10 days of the change, using Form AR-11 SR (Alien's Change of Address Card - Special Registration). Please see the instruction from USCIS website or contact the ISS Office.
