Student Clubs

Student Clubs are designed for encouraging students to participate, lead, and learn.
At Virginia International University, student clubs are open to all students irrespective to their program of study, nationalities, and beliefs. Getting involved in extracurricular activities helps you build leadership, professional, and personal skills that will assist you long after you graduate from the University. You will meet new people, share ideas, and explore your potentials.

We are trying to have clubs representing all areas including different nationalities clubs! But, if you don't find what you are looking for, you may start new student clubs with approval from Student Organization Coordinator to meet your needs.

Please don't hesitate to let us know how we can be of assistance to you and your Student Club by writing to Yanisse Berrios at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

To start a new club please email back the Application for Club Recognition at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

All student clubs are required to maintain documents of events and activities which help in continuation of club activities even after current members graduate and leave. Below are some forms and documents you can use to maintain the required documentation.

You may customize the documents with your club logo, names, and text as per requirement.

Its major effort is to provide an opportunity for student athletes to achieve their maximum potential both athletically and educationally.
